To all the Pokémon masters out there who are willing to test their skills and bravery, do we have a tournament for you. We also know how much you love cookies so get ready to have diabetes. Sign up, have fun and may the odds be ever in your favour. ⚡ G A M E - I N S T R U C T I O N S ⚡ 1. Download POKEMON SHOWDOWN. Or open it in a browser. 2. Create an account (doesn't require e-mail). Please use an appropriate username. (Try to use MAL) 3. Press 'Find a User' and type the name of your opponent then press open 4. Press 'Open'. A box will appear, press 'Challenge'. 5. You will be playing a random Gen 1 battle in the first round. Press the box underneath 'Format' and select: '[GEN1] Random Battle'. (Gen numbers changes each round) 6. Wait for the other person to accept and good luck! 7. After the battle, save and share the replay!!!! ⚡ R U L E S ⚡ 1. You can choose when to battle, as long as your battles are sent in before the week ends. 2. Discuss timezone issues with your opponent on when to play. 3. You will be playing successive generation # in each round. 4. Until the semi-finals, all battles are best of 1. 5. Semi-finals are best of 3. Finals are best of 5. 6. We will be doing round robins! 7. New brackets are released on Monday. 8. Every round you will be playing a different generation of Pokémon, (Round 1 = GEN 1, round 2 = GEN 2 etc...) 9.
